So often many people hit send on an email with out thinking. It is like opening your mouth without thinking, except that there is a paper trail (which makes this MUCH worse IMO!)

This is exactly why having a Techie Virtual assistant is so handy.  It is my job to stay up to date on the do and don’t of email and email marketing so you can stick to all the things you are good at and love without having to remember this big ol’ list!

Bottom line:  Think before you talk, think before you act, and think before you send.   It makes the world a better place!
